Order Processing & Shipping
Q. When will my order be processed and shipped?
A. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. (*This Does Not Include Shipping Time, Weekends and/or Holidays*) During high volume times please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. During the holiday season processing time can vary. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, it will be ready for shipping. We ship via USPS. You will receive an email notification from USPS that will contain your tracking number and you will be able to track your package and the estimated time of arrival. Tracking the arrival of your package is key during warmer months if ordering body butters.
Exchange & Refund Policy
Q. What is your refund and exchange policy?
A. No refunds will be issued after purchasing. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns of any kind. Even if the product is unopened, we cannot accept the returned item. We cannot resale a product once it is no longer in our care. Please select your items carefully.
Refunds will not be offered for the following below:
- Incorrect address provided at the time of purchase
- Refusal of deliver
- Dissatisfied with the scent of the product
